I'm really sorry you had to see this. Truly, I am. At least there's dynamic lighting for proper OPERATAN.

* TM Scorpion AEP with 270-round drum (ugh)
* King Arms 300mm light-weight suppressor
* some off-brand grippod that feels like shit

...Does this make me a bad person?

Why the grippod for a gun designed for CQB? A combo grip with flashligth would be more suitable.

Besides I know this kind of a "grippod". If it feels like shit and it looks like shit... Well... It must be shit.

Axe? Cool.
Keyboard? Yeah.

Haha, yeah, it's pretty bad. I never intended to use it like that, I just wanted to make the ugliest Scorpion build possible. Think I got pretty close, too.

Usually I just tack a M6 light/laser combo on the bottom and leave it at that.

I don't airsoft a whole lot but does the supressor actually DO anything?

Any problem can be solved with the proper application of high explosives.

Operatan to the call of duuuuty.

Slap an ACOG on that suckah.

I was actually considering buying a cheapo clone so I could epoxy some 20mm rail to the top just for that purpose. :D

Did you know that they started importing Scorpions to the US? JG Sales was selling them without the stocks... I think like 600 bucks or so? I was seriously tempted.

Depends on the type of gun, honestly. In gas pistols, the majority of noise is from the slide actions and whatnot, so the suppressor is mostly cosmetic. On electric guns, you have a combination of motor/gear noise and the actual BB exiting the barrel, so the suppressor only muffles the sound of the round exiting.

More than anything, they tend to lower the frequency of your firing noise, which makes the sound decay faster, which is probably their most useful characteristic.

The only time a suppressor really suppresses is in a fixed-slide gas gun, because the only noise is gas exiting the barrel, which gets absorbed by the suppressor.

Yeah, CZ-USA has a variant of it made specifically for US sales. Without the stock, and semi-automatic, it's classified as a handgun. Considered, but I like my handguns to be really handguns.

And that would be pretty ridiculous. Barska makes a good enough sight that looks like an ACOG.
