My baby, a (replica) AKS-74UN resting on a surplus Bundeswehr flak vest (thanks eBay!) with a United Nations flag (thanks eBay!) and and East German AKM bayonet (thanks eBay!) beside it. I, personally, find this rifle to be quite beautiful, and very well-designed...
Oh, and there's a can of WD-40 in the background. When I look at it more closely, I realize that I can't really see the chambering handle on the side of the bolt. It's nowhere to be found, for some reason. And the camera was pretty poor - no control over the aperature or the shutter speed, but still, that's no reason to take a photograph poor enough to 'vanish' part of the subject. I really should get a proper digital SLR. |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
